Welcome to Saer.pk. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking any flights, hotels, or Umrah packages through our services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Saer.pk website or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our website or services. Saer.pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Booking Policies & Availability
All flights, hotels, and Umrah packages listed on Saer.pk are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Prices displayed on our platform are dynamically fetched from global distribution systems and airline APIs. They are subject to change without prior notice until your payment is fully processed and the e-tickets or vouchers are formally issued.
Saer.pk reserves the right to cancel any booking if pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or system malfunctions are detected.
3. Payments & Billing
Full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which may include debit/credit cards, bank transfer and 1Bill.
By submitting your payment information, you authorize Saer.pk (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the total amount of your booking to your selected payment method.
Any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges levied by your bank are your sole responsibility.
If you dispute a card payment with your bank, our Chargeback Policy (saer.pk/chargeback-policy) applies.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (saer.pk/refund-policy) and our Ticket Cancellation Charges (saer.pk/cancellation-charges), which form part of these Terms.
For flight bookings, the airline's cancellation penalty and fare rules apply. SAER.PK charges a service fee of PKR 2,000 per passenger on each cancelled ticket, except when the airline cancels the flight or a payment failed or was charged twice.
Refund requests must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. We process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the funds from the airline or supplier; after that, the time taken depends on your payment method and bank. Card payments are refunded only to the card used to pay.
5. Travel Documentation & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they possess valid travel documents. Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended date of return.
Passengers must also ensure they have the correct visas, health certificates, and vaccination records required for their destination. Specifically for Umrah packages, passengers must comply with all regulations set forth by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Saer.pk is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any resulting financial losses due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
6. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features of Saer.pk, you may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Saer.pk acts strictly as an intermediary agent between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service failures, delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, or acts of God (force majeure) initiated by these third-party providers.
In any event, Saer.pk's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Saer.pk for the specific booking in question.
8. Agency & B2B Partners
Registered travel agents utilizing the Saer.pk B2B portal are bound by an additional Agency Agreement. Agents are responsible for accurately relaying these terms, along with airline fare rules, to their respective end-customers.
Saer.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate agency accounts that violate our pricing policies or engage in fraudulent ticketing practices.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
