Delete your Saer.pk account

Ask to delete your account

Sign in with the email address or mobile number of your account. We send you a code to confirm it is you.

One account signs you in to the Saer.pk app and to saer.pk, both run by Saer Karo Travel and Tours (SMC-Private) Limited. Here is how to ask for it to be deleted, and what happens to your information. Your account is deleted within 7 days of your request.

1. Ask in the Saer.pk app

  • Open the Saer.pk app and sign in.
  • Tap your initial at the top right, then My profile.
  • At the bottom, tap Delete account.
  • Read what is deleted and what is kept, type DELETE, and confirm. If the app asks, sign in again with a new code first.

Your account is deleted within 7 days of your request.

2. Or ask on this page

Sign in above with the email address or mobile number of your account (we send you a code to confirm it is you), then tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted within 7 days of your request.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@saer.pk from the email address or mobile number of your account, with the subject "Delete my Saer.pk account".

3. What is deleted

  • Your saved travellers: their names, dates of birth, nationalities and passport or CNIC details.
  • Your account details: name, email address, mobile number and sign-in history.
  • Your sign-in: you are signed out everywhere, and the email address or number can be used to open a new account later.

4. What is kept, and for how long

  • Bookings you made (tickets, payments, refunds and their invoices) are kept, no longer linked to any account, because airlines, banks and tax law require these records. They are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • App error reports (what went wrong in the app, its version and the phone model, with nothing that names you) are deleted after 90 days.
  • App usage records (which steps of a booking were reached, under a random app id) are deleted after 180 days.

If your Saer.pk wallet holds money, withdraw it first: an account cannot be closed while its wallet has a balance or a withdrawal is on its way.
